Local people, supporting local workforces
Our local knowledge ensures smooth collaboration with employers, insurers and healthcare professionals — across workers compensation and motor accident schemes so a return to work is coordinated, safe and effective from the first call.

A whole person, not just an injury
We use a biopsychosocial approach that weighs health, environment and social factors together, then build a person-centred intervention plan around what we find. Our local knowledge keeps employers, insurers and treating practitioners working to the same plan.
The injury, the recovery, and the treatment already underway.
The job itself — duties, equipment, hours and the physical setting.
Support at home and at work, and confidence about returning.
A tailored return to work journey
Some people go back to the employer they had. Some need a different job altogether. Most need something in between. Here is everything we can bring to that.
Same employer services
We understand how important it is for people to feel valued, supported and empowered when returning to work with the same employer. These services create a smooth, positive experience for workers and employers alike — through open communication, practical planning and shared goals. By collaborating with employers, insurers and doctors, we make sure each return-to-work journey is coordinated, safe and effective. Whether it is developing suitable duties, navigating workplace adjustments or providing guidance, our friendly team helps everyone thrive.
New employer services
Every recovery journey is unique, and so are the people behind them. These services open new doors for workers ready to explore the next chapter in their careers. Through genuine partnerships, compassionate guidance and practical experience, we walk beside each person as they navigate workplace transitions, always championing their strengths and potential. Whether seeking a new role or adjusting to different workplace demands, our consultants support workers with open communication and encouragement at every step — building pathways to good work that foster confidence, resilience and independence.
Functional assessment
An objective evaluation of a worker’s current capacity in relation to specific job requirements. Our experienced consultants conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments that identify strengths, limitations and opportunities for workplace adjustments. Customised to the individual, these evaluations guide return-to-work planning, inform suitable duties and support tailored rehabilitation strategies. By working with everyone involved, we make sure each recommendation promotes a safe, sustainable and effective recovery at work.
Vocational assessment
Helps individuals identify realistic and meaningful employment options following injury, illness or career transition. We assess work history, skills, interests and capacity, then recommend tailored pathways — whether that means returning to work, retraining, or exploring an entirely new role.
Job seeking services
Designed to help individuals recovering from a workplace injury prepare for and secure meaningful employment. Delivered by qualified consultants, it includes resume and interview preparation, job search strategies, employer engagement and placement assistance. We use programs aimed at supporting workers and employers through the recovery journey, including the SIRA Vocational programs in NSW. Whether returning to work or exploring new opportunities, we guide each person with practical tools and personalised strategies to build confidence and achieve sustainable employment.
Workplace facilitated discussion
Helps resolve workplace relationship challenges that may be affecting a worker’s return to work. It is delivered in two parts — individual preparation, then a joint meeting — providing a safe, structured environment for open dialogue and collaborative problem-solving. Led by qualified facilitators and mediators, the service promotes mutual understanding and agreement on practical strategies that support and promote recovery at work.
Specialised job seeking service (ReLease)
Supports workers with psychological injuries, including affective and trauma-related disorders, to find and maintain meaningful employment. Using the evidence-based Individual Enabling and Support (IES) model, our Employment Specialists deliver tailored, person-centred support across five structured stages. The program focuses on empowerment, rapid job placement and long-term success — helping workers build confidence, resilience and independence through good work practices.
ADL assessment
ADL Assessments identify how injury or illness impacts a person’s ability to manage everyday tasks at home. Our Occupational Therapists assess functional capacity, barriers to independence and support needs, providing evidence-based recommendations that are reasonable, necessary, goal-focused and promote safe, sustainable independence.
