Pre-employment services
We help employers make informed hiring decisions by assessing a candidate’s physical and psychological capability against the genuine requirements of the role — before day one, not after an incident.

Four checks, one clear picture
Choose one or combine them. Each is matched to the demands of the role you are filling.

Functional assessments
Lifting, carrying, reaching and sustained postures, measured against the tasks the role genuinely requires.

Drug and alcohol screening
Collected and handled under a documented chain of custody, with results reported to you and to the candidate.

Health and fitness evaluations
Baseline health measures — including hearing, vision, blood pressure and general fitness — relevant to the role.

Psychological assessments
Conducted by our registered psychologists where the role calls for it, reported against role requirements only.
How it works
Send us the role
A position description, or a conversation about the physical and psychological demands of the job.
We assess the candidate
At your nearest office or on your site, by a clinician qualified for the assessment being run.
You receive a clear report
A plain-language answer to the question you asked: can this person safely meet the requirements of this role, and what would help.
The candidate knows exactly what is happening
Every assessment is carried out with the candidate’s informed consent. They are told what is being assessed, why, and who will see the result. Our report addresses capability against the requirements of the role — it is not a health record for the employer.
Hiring? Let's get the fit right
Send us the role and we will recommend the assessment that answers your question — and arrange it at the office closest to your candidate.
