Preventative services
Supporting your people before an injury happens. Prevention is the most direct way to keep a workplace safe and productive — and the cheapest injury to manage is the one that never occurs.
1996 Providing workplace rehabilitation since
13 offices across NSW and the ACT
126 staff, including allied health clinicians
Three ways we get ahead of injury
Each is delivered on site by our clinicians, and each is designed to meet your needs — your work, your equipment, your people.
Ergonomic assessments
We look at how a workstation or task is actually set up and used, then recommend the adjustments that reduce strain — desk and seating changes, tool selection, task rotation.
Workplace risk assessments
A structured walk-through of the site to identify hazards before they become incidents, with practical, prioritised recommendations you can act on.
Early intervention
When someone reports a niggle, we step in early — assessment, advice and simple modifications that keep a minor issue from becoming a claim.
Small changes, made early, are what keep good people at work.
Prevention work is unglamorous and it is cumulative. A seat height corrected, a task rotated, a sore shoulder looked at in week one rather than week nine — that is where the progress is.
- Delivered at your workplace, by the office nearest to you
- Written recommendations you can act on, in plain language
- Scaled to a single workstation or a whole site
- Follow-up review to check the changes actually stuck
